What is BMI?

Body Mass Index the ratio between your weight and height. It is a mathematical formula that directly relates to body fat, BMI is used to check if you're weight is healthy or not (based on your height). Your weight alone is not always enough to calculate some health risks (adults - 18 and over). A healthy weight loss is around 2lbs per week, if your BMI is under 25 then you should not need to lose weight.
